Dr Oyibo is a highly skilled professional who has made such a positive difference to my life and health with his treatment and medical advice. What I like about him the most apart from his clinical excellence is his high emotional intelligence. Even with all the stresses and strains on the NHS, he still finds the time to fully understand your needs both physical and emotional. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient. He communicates on a personal and professional level in such a way that not only makes you understand your treatment but also involves you in the process. It is very easy for a doctor to become desensitised to the feelings of patients, and as a patient you can feel dehumanised i.e. just another faceless patient on a conveyor belt. Dr Oyibo has a very unique and special quality that is so rare. He puts the patient at the centre of everything he does and you feel special under his care. I value him so much and it is a pleasure to be under his care.

I found Dr Oyibo to be highly professional, open and an excellent communicator. Dr Oyibo impressed me from the very first appointment I had with him. He is very knowledgable and his ability to engage and explain complex technical/ medical information in an understandable way is fantastic and much appreciated. I was quickly able to gain a positive rapport with him and I have the highest regard for his professionalism and I feel most fortunate to have been referred To him for his expertise. I have complex medical issues And as a result, involvement with various medical specialists, Dr Obiyo stands out as exceptional, personable and committed. I do not have suggestions of how he can improve to give greater care, I believe he represents the medical profession very well indeed.

Dr Oyibo has been my consultant for seven years and in that time I have had nothing but excellent advice, support and service from him. When I have had questions relating to the pituitary gland tumour, which is my principle reason for seeing him, his advice has always proved sound. He responds to any queries I may have in a matter of hours rather than days. All in all I could not ask for a better consultant.
